This small group process (6-8 participants) is fundamentally different to conventional leadership learning approaches. For peer level leadership groups, they provide deep dive learning, spread over a number of months. They help leaders develop a rich self understanding and a greater wisdom to address challenging relational and systemic leadership issues.

PODS are led by highly skilled facilitators who have in-depth knowledge and experience of the Qualities of Practice process, leadership, team dynamics, psychology, relationships and social systems.
