Ask us about PODS and our very successful small group learning approach for developing senior leaders.

This small group process (6-8 participants) is fundamentally different to conventional leadership learning approaches. For peer level leadership groups, they provide deep dive learning, spread over a number of months. They help leaders develop a rich self understanding and a greater wisdom to address challenging relational and systemic leadership issues.

What you would experience if you were in a POD:

  • Discovery-based, co-created learning, bringing greater awareness to issues that are pertinent to the group

  • Addressing live issues in the group

  • Shifting perspective to appreciate situations in new and different ways

  • Themed input, based in the groups most relevant needs

  • Strengthening personal authority and strong relational capabilities

  • Resourcefulness, drawing on your own inner resources as well as the group offering a resource for you

  • Applied learning in your everyday work

Our PODS approach has a proven record for addressing systemic corporate issues i.e. diversity and inclusivity

PODS are led by highly skilled facilitators who have in-depth knowledge and experience of the Qualities of Practice process, leadership, team dynamics, psychology, relationships and social systems.
